James Van Der Beek leads a brilliant Cinco de Mayo-themed workout
Jose Cuervo has designed a new workout that, while probably not entirely effective, sure looks like a good time.
In honor of Cinco de Mayo — which happily falls on a Saturday this year — the tequila brand has invented a new exercise plan that marries cardio and strength training with alcohol and guacamole.
Called 'Cinco-Cise,' the made-up training regimen covers hydration, nourishment, and endurance — though it seems designed to prepare a person more for a marathon of the drinking variety than the running kind.

Woohoo! The star notes that the holiday falls on a Saturday this year, meaning a whole day of partying
Curevo released several new ads featuring actor James Van Der Beek to debut the jokey exercise plan.
'What's the best time to party on a Saturday? Trick question — it's the whole day!' the star says, pointing out that this year's Saturday Cinco de Mayo is a big deal since revelers don't have to go to work the next day.
'But to get ready for that, you need more than just exercise — you need Cinco-Cise,' he says.
The funny videos demonstrate three different workout moves, each of which will likely lead to negligible weight loss (and possibly even weight gain).
