Logan Gilbert wife-American professional baseball pitcher, Logan Keith Gilbert was born on May 5, 1997.
Gilbert was born in Winter Park, Florida in the United States of America to Keith Gilbert and Noel Gilbert. He has a brother named Tyler Gilbert.
Gilbert went to Florida’s Wekiva High School in Apopka. He enrolled at Stetson University to play baseball for the Stetson Hatters after high school but was not selected in the draft.
Gilbert had 21 appearances and five starts as a rookie in 2016, going 2-1 with a 2.74 earned run average (ERA) and 43 strikeouts in 49 innings.
He pitched for the Bethesda Big Train in the Cal Ripken Collegiate Baseball League following his freshman year, recording a 1.70 ERA with 28 strikeouts over 26+1/3 innings.

He had 15 appearances with 12 starts as a sophomore in 2017, going 10-0 with a 2.02 ERA, 107 strikeouts in 89 innings, and being awarded the ASUN Conference Pitcher of the Year.
Following the 2017 campaign, he participated in collegiate summer baseball with the Cape Cod Baseball League’s Orleans Firebirds and was selected as an all-star.
He made 16 starts as a junior in 2018 and finished with an 11-2 record and a 2.72 ERA. He was once more named ASUN Conference Pitcher of the Year.

The Seattle Mariners took Gilbert with the 14th overall pick in the 2018 Major League Baseball draft, ranking him as one of the top prospects.
He joined the Everett AquaSox after signing a contract for $3.88 million. However, before making his debut in a professional game, he was forced to miss the entire season due to illness.
Gilbert started the 2019 season as the West Virginia Power’s Opening Day starter. He was promoted to the Modesto Nuts after making five starts and posting a 1-0 record with a 1.59 ERA.

He made nine starts for Arkansas and had a 4-2 record and 2.88 ERA. owing to the minor league season being called off owing to the COVID-19 epidemic, he did not participate in a single game in 2020.
Gilbert was initially promoted to the major leagues on May 13, 2021 after being added to the 40-man roster. On that particular day, he started his first game against the Cleveland Indians and was charged with the defeat after surrendering four runs in four innings.
He struck out seven Los Angeles Angels hitters on June 6 to get his first professional victory, giving just one run over the course of five innings.
Gilbert faced the Oakland Athletics on September 30, 2022, and in eight innings of work, he just surrendered one run. For the first time since the MLB season of 2001, his performance assisted the Mariners in securing a playoff spot.
He had a 2022 record of 13-6 with a 3.20 ERA in 32 starts totaling 185.2 innings. He also allowed the most line drives (28.1%) and balls with the greatest average exit velocity (91 mph) of any pitcher in the major league.
