Melissa eats healthy most of the time. However, on the weekends, she is always down for a big family style dinner of pizza, pasta, and other Italian delicacies.

Melissa is always down to try fitness gadgets. "I just tried something called Emsculpt, which is the equivalent of doing 20,000 squats in 30 minutes," she told Women's Health, explaining that it tricks your body into thinking it worked out. I would tend to stick away from [it] if I know I've got to put a bikini on the next day."

Melissa is"huge" on consuming "so much" water, she revealed to Us Weekly. "I pee a lot because I drink a lot of water.
