The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Coco Spectra Hits GC, Sallys Sister Shakes Things Up Sum

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that there’s someone surprising who might throw off Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) plans. Y&R fans know Sally’s been scheming ever since she hit Genoa City.

Sally wasn’t pleased when Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) let Summer Newman (Hunter King) run the Jabot Collective instead of her, but it’s clear that Sally isn’t giving up.

In fact, Sally is now manipulating Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) into thinking she’s sweet and innocent. Sally’s keeping her eye on the prize and hoping she can use Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) to make Summer jealous. The sooner Sally spins Summer’s world out of control, the faster Sally can rise to power.

Although Sally has a good heart deep down, she’s also a tough survivor who does whatever it takes to get what she wants. Sally isn’t afraid to play dirty – and her younger sister, Coco Spectra (Courtney Grosbeck), knows that all too well!

Coco has seen Sally’s tricks firsthand on The Bold and the Beautiful and even inadvertently became part of her sister’s scheming.

It’s interesting that Sally keeps bringing up Coco’s name constantly. Sally talks about her younger sis all the time! It’s always, “Coco this and Coco that…Coco’s out of the country…I hate being away from Coco at Christmas…Coco, Coco, Coco…”

It’s Coco overload in the dialogue sometimes, so we have to wonder if it’s leading somewhere.

Now that Sally’s in Genoa City, is there a chance Coco will eventually surprise her for a visit? Sally tries to sound happy whenever she leaves messages for Coco, but she doesn’t do a very good job of it.

Coco could easily suspect Sally isn’t doing the greatest. Maybe Coco will decide she should come see Sally and try to lift her spirits.

Then again, maybe Coco could get tipped off to trouble. Summer is set to travel to Los Angeles soon and dig around for Sally dirt. If Summer seeks Sally info at Forrester Creations, perhaps an old friend of Coco’s might hear about it. Coco used to work as an intern there and might still have some connections.

Perhaps Coco would want to warn Sally about a takedown threat – and push her sister not to cause any more trouble herself! Whatever the case, all the Coco mentions could be significant.

The Young and the Restless might get Courtney Grosbeck to reprise her old B&B role, but recasting is also an option – especially if Y&R wanted to take Coco in a new direction or make her a bit older.

Sally could use a family member on canvas, even if it’s just for a brief guest stint. Coco might try to thwart Sally’s plans, but she could just as easily thwart Summer’s, too.

It’d be fun to see Coco shake things up in this storyline, so perhaps she’ll pop up at some point! We’ll pass along updates as other Y&R news emerges.
